What would you like to be added

As RHEL10 has been launched it would be nice that there is support in Kubespray.

Why is this needed

Extend the current support matrix to:

CentOS/RHEL 8, 9, 10
Oracle Linux 8, 9, 10
Alma Linux 8, 9, 10
Rocky Linux 8, 9, 10

I checkout other variants, I think there are not very quick to release.
